Summary We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, and engaging Tour Guide to lead our guests through Boston's most notorious tales of the Underground while incorporating historical landmarks. If you love storytelling, making people laugh, and showing off your Boston pride—this job is for you! You will be the narrator on a moving trolley while the route is being driven by a CDL driver. Responsibilities Deliver a fun, informative, and theatrical narration based on a pre-written script about Boston's mafia history, Ponzi schemes, Brinks Robbery, political scandals, and more Engage adult audiences with humor, charisma, and confidence Memorize and adapt a scripted tour while adding your own personality and flair Interact with guests before, during, and after tours to provide an unforgettable experience Be a team player and assist the driver as needed during events and private charters Represent the Mobsters and Lobsters brand with enthusiasm and professionalism Requirements Proven experience in public speaking or leading tours preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Ability to educate guests about local history and attractions effectively.
