HeliTour Coordinator Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering a smooth, welcoming, and organized experience for every guest. This role combines customer service, check-in operations, and coordination with pilots to ensure flights run safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests in a friendly, professional manner Confirm reservations, passenger details, and ensure booking accuracy Coordinate daily flight schedules and maintain operational flow Provide safety briefings and explain tour details to guests Escort passengers to and from the helicopter while following all safety procedures Communicate closely with pilots and ground crew to stay on schedule Assist with customer questions, reschedules, and general inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Perks of the

Mackinac Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for the duration of shifts Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Reliable transportation to and from work Must pass a drug test and national background check Valid U.S. driver's license required Why Join Us?
