Entrepreneurial Content Creator (In-Person, On-the-Go) We're a fast-growing donut & coffee shop in Tualatin/Newberg run by young, ambitious owners. We're building something big and we want someone who wants to grow with us, not just collect a paycheck. We already have the content playbook: pillars, ideas, hooks, and posting cadence. Your job is to bring it to life at volume, not sit in a room "brainstorming."
Think:
startup energy, but with a clear game plan. This is not a remote job. You'll be in public ~80% of the time: in the shop, on the sidewalk, at pop-ups, at community events, phone in hand, filming and posting. You might be a fit if: You're entrepreneurial and want to be around owners building a brand in real time. You're the friend who always films everything and says "Wait, this would be a fire TikTok." You get energy from people and busy environments, not from hiding behind a laptop. You're hungry, coachable, and willing to take massive action and learn as you go. What you'll do: Be on-site and out in the community 80% of the time: Film donuts, bagels, coffee, lines out the door, customer reactions, staff, events. Turn footage into short-form content and post 8-10 pieces per day across Instagram, TikTok, etc., following our playbook and checklists. Follow our existing hooks, captions, and content pillars, then test small variations. Hype daily offers, hero drops, events, and community givebacks to drive people in today . Engage with comments and DMs in our brand voice.
Who you are:
Outgoing, extroverted, and comfortable approaching people on camera. Driven, competitive with yourself, and want more responsibility as we grow. Able to take direction and run with it without needing hand-holding. Show up on time, keep your word, and move fast.

Pay:
$17/hour In-person / on-the-go role (not remote) Part-time to start, with room to grow into more responsibility if you crush it.
