This is a dual-role position where you will help guests with axe throwing, challenge games, check-ins, and overall customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can bring positive energy to the guest experience, and can help maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. No axe throwing experience is required. We train on site. Previous bar, restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment experience is preferred and encouraged, but bartending is not required. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide a fun, friendly, and professional experience Check guests in and assist with customer service needs Explain safety rules, game instructions, and venue guidelines Coach guests on basic axe throwing techniques Assist guests with challenge room games and activities Monitor guests to help maintain a safe and positive environment Oversee games, matches, and group activities as needed Support parties, events, and group bookings Keep the venue, lanes, challenge rooms, and equipment clean and organized Help reset spaces between groups and events Communicate clearly with guests and team members Bring positive energy and help guests have a great time Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must be available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings Must be able to work in person in Homestead, PA 15120 Customer service experience preferred Previous bar, restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or event experience preferred Bartending experience is helpful but not required Must be energetic, outgoing, reliable, and responsible Must be comfortable speaking with guests and leading small or large groups Must be able to explain rules clearly and maintain a safe environment Must be comfortable working independently or as part of a team Must be willing to learn axe throwing procedures and challenge room operations Schedule Part-time Thursday evenings Friday evenings Saturday evenings Weekend availability required Shift times may vary depending on events, parties, and business needs Pay $15 per hour Experience Customer service: 1 year preferred Bar, restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or event experience preferred but not required.
