Responsibilities Provide professional, attentive table service for our clients Maintain a polished, organized, and guest-ready environment Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, courteous service. Provide food and beverage service while maintaining exceptional presentation standards Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless dining execution. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Represent Otter Creek Farmstead & Distillery with professionalism and hospitality at all times. Qualifications Fine dining or upscale hospitality experience preferred. Experience in weddings, corporate events, hunting lodges, private clubs, resorts, or luxury hospitality is preferred. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable team player who is willing to assist wherever needed. Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry trays, equipment, and event supplies as needed. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended shifts during events as needed.
