Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS and process sales transactions efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring guest satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Knowledge of food handling safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper serving techniques Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment English speaking preferred Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and culinary excellence!
