Responsibilities Prepare a variety of deli foods with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking their orders accurately and providing excellent customer service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions and managing customer orders Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food prep areas and dining spaces Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and manage cash handling procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation needs Ensure food safety compliance by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant operations as needed Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and order management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing change accurately Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining a clean workspace Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a retail or restaurant setting Previous experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering is a plus Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us today to be part of a team that values energetic service, culinary excellence, and positive guest experiences.
