Schedule:

Full-time. Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm.

BROAD SCOPE OF POSITION

: Assist with preparation, serving, and clearing of food. Responsible for the bussing and cleanup of all flatware, silverware, and glassware. Appropriately clean all floors, sinks, countertops, walls, etc. Always maintain a positive attitude and stress cleanliness.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

:

• Take resident orders and serve food accordingly
• Bus tables in accordance with company policies
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and equipment and dining room
• Assist with preparation of meals as needed
• Assist in food prep
• Pay attention to presentation, taste, and attitude during mealtimes
• Attend any in-service training as required
• Ensure compliance and understanding of residents' rights
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

:

• Able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Able to relate positively to residents, families, guests, and other personnel
• Able to maintain reliable attendance on a designated schedule.
• Able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to pass background check

EXPERIENCE

:

• Experience in senior housing or long term care helpful
