Duties Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations to enhance their dining experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing food service customer orders, retail sales transactions, and cash handling Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a clean workspace Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote specials to maximize revenue opportunities Maintain sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation tasks and assist with basic food handling responsibilities Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and balance cash drawers at shift end Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments preferred; food service experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and perform retail math accurately Familiarity with food safety management practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience operating kitchen equipment and assisting in food preparation tasks Basic math skills necessary for cashiering, processing transactions, and inventory management Retail or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us to be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
