Duties Manage restaurant reservation systems to optimize seating arrangements and reduce wait times Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using restaurant table management systems Provide attentive guest services, addressing questions, special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction Maintain organized table management, including clearing tables promptly and resetting for new guests Handle phone communication with professionalism, including reservation inquiries and general questions following proper phone etiquette Support food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and assisting with basic food handling procedures when necessary Experience Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with restaurant reservation management tools and POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse guests Experience in food service or hospitality roles that involve guest relations and guest services Basic math skills for processing payments, splitting checks, and managing cash or card transactions accurately Knowledge of restaurant table management systems and reservation software is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
