In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient order processing, and friendly interactions. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied. This position offers a dynamic environment where your culinary knowledge, sales skills, and hospitality expertise will shine. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, ensuring a memorable dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Upsell menu items, including wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage reservations through OpenTable or similar platforms to optimize seating arrangements Maintain cleanliness of service areas, handle food safely, and follow sanitation protocols at all times Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with fine dining experience preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Culinary experience or food industry background that supports menu understanding and food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours Beverage expertise Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and sales transaction processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
