Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival Take orders accurately on POS, and collect payment As a Food Runner, ensure timely delivery of dishes while maintaining food safety standards Clear and reset tables efficiently as a Busser, preparing the space for new guests with attention to cleanliness and organization. Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns courteously and professionally, enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Maintain organization of service stations and ensure adherence to food safety protocols throughout all duties. Qualifications Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred; strong customer service skills are essential. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash, billing, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices. Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads for extended periods; physical stamina is important. A friendly attitude combined with professionalism to foster positive guest relations.
