• We are seeking a skilled Server with some bartending experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings such as fast casual and casual restaurant with a focus on Japanese cuisine. • Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and sakes
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders and process payments using a cash register or Toast POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Upsell drinks and menu items to increase sales
• Handle food orders and assist with food service when needed
• Skills
• Proven experience working as a Server or Bartender in the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests
• Strong knowledge of different types of beverages and cocktail recipes
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
