Job Description

Tipsy Canoe Taphouse & BBQ - Wait Staff Come work in the beautiful mountain vacation village of Lava Hot Springs with us! Tipsy Canoe Taphouse & BBQ is seeking highly motivated, self-starting, and cheerful individuals to join our culinary staff. Experience and natural talent is preferred but not required. Must have a willingness to learn, work well with the team, and be energetic and focused to work in a fast paced environment. Positions are occasionally rotational between stations. Come be involved in the growth of this great restaurant in Lava Hot Springs. Responsibilities include waiting on customers food and drink needs, hosting, phone orders, food expo, and nightly cleaning. Tip sharing is 80/20 for wait staff and shared with other front and back of house staff. Pool is based on hours per pay period. A gas allowance is available if you live 20 miles or more from Lava Hot Springs starting at $10 per day. Must be available weekends. Tipsy Canoe is a new restaurant based around premium smoked meat sandwiches, ribs, sausages, burgers, flatbreads, vegetables, and unique appetizers . There are multiple wood fire smokers, open pits, gas fire bbqs, and wood fired ovens. The taphouse features many beers on tap as well as the largest selection of hundreds of craft beers, cocktails, and wines. We also offer the widest range of dipping sauces than any other restaurant.
