Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and culinary offerings. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during all aspects of food handling and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Experience Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with sales techniques to enhance guest experiences through upselling menu items. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is an advantage. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. A passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service is essential.
