Job Summary Braggozo at the Grand Marsh. We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient order management. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including drinks, desserts, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including inventory checks and setup for service shifts Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing sales transactions and handling cash Culinary experience or food industry background is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations and teamwork Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
