Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails and spirits, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Process cash and credit transactions smoothly while handling cash handling responsibilities with accuracy. Upsell menu items such as wines, cocktails, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Toast POS, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build guest relations. Good math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
