Job Description
Route 3 Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, dependable Server/Bartender to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you. We're a locally owned neighborhood bar and grill where our regulars feel like family. We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, works well with others, and helps create a great experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders accurately Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Deliver food and drinks promptly Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Keep the bar and dining areas clean and organized Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies as needed Follow all Indiana alcohol service laws and company policies Work as a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Help with opening and closing duties Qualifications Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Must be at least 21 years old. Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Weekend and evening availability is required.
