Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate the cash register
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
• Clear and clean tables, reset for next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent guest relations
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative manner
