Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food selections, ensuring a friendly and engaging experience Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Square POS Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations Upsell menu items and suggestive selling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Prepare simple food items or assist in food preparation following safety and quality standards Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling protocols Serve food promptly, buss tables, and ensure the dining area remains tidy and inviting Operate kitchen equipment safely when assisting with food prep or service tasks Manage retail sales transactions with precision, including processing cash handling and POS operations Support food safety management practices to uphold health standards at all times Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food service customer order management skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy hours Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and professionally Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and sales reconciliation Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering roles preferred but not required Culinary experience or food preparation skills are a plus for supporting kitchen functions Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where great service meets delicious food!
