Job Description
Trio's Alexandria We are seeking energetic and motivated Waitstaff/Servers to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing outstanding customer service while ensuring guests have memorable dining experiences. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help create a lively and enjoyable environment for all. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, beverages, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash handling and sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and guest relations to ensure a seamless dining experience Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for processing payments accurately Ability to handle food safety practices and sanitation standards diligently Experience with OpenTable reservations system is advantageous Food handling certification or willingness to obtain required certifications Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively setting, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day!
