Experience in food service and/or catering is a plus! Strong communication skills, positive attitude and ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for six to eight hours, sometimes longer. Nights, weekends and holidays are a must! These are our busy event days and nights. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Arrive on time and ready to go! Read and understand the Banquet Event Order. Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Communicate with co workers during shifts to help maintain a high level of service for our guests. Complete set up for plated and buffet events: glassware, chaffers, coffee, tray stands, utensils, stations and any other needs which vary from event to event. Maintain an organized and clean work environment before, during and after events. Keep tables cleared of soiled plates, glassware, utensils and debris during events. Other duties may include, wine pours, passing hors d'oeuvres, managing food stations, delivery of plated meals and desserts and coffee/tea. Breakdown event spaces and remove soiled linen, trash and cardboard recycle. Organize server's area glassware, utensils, coffee/tea supplies and other items as needed. Reliable transportation and flexible schedule are required.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
