Duties Clear and bus tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards Set tables with appropriate utensils, glassware, napkins, and condiments to ensure a polished presentation Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, dishes, and cleaning equipment following safe lifting practices Maintain sanitation standards through regular cleaning of dining areas, utensils, and service stations Support catering events by setting up tables and assisting with food handling as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures Strong cleaning skills with attention to hygiene standards in a fast-paced setting Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with servers, kitchen staff, and management Customer service orientation with the ability to interact politely and professionally with guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while practicing safe lifting practices Experience in table setting, bussing, serving, and supporting catering events is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation protocols within the food industry Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
