Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transaction processing Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff with food preparation when needed Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including wine knowledge and cocktail recipes, to answer guest questions confidently Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation is a plus Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing sales efficiently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
