Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Set up banquet spaces according to event specifications, including table settings, linens, and necessary equipment. Buss tables promptly during and after events to maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests. Address guest inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and event details to enhance their experience. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle food handling and serving responsibilities with attention to hygiene, safety protocols, and proper food preparation techniques. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly preferred; culinary or banquet experience is a plus. Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and proper serving techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage guests effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed.
