Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and experience with various POS systems. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timing Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Support opening and closing duties, including setting up stations and cleaning work areas Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in upselling menu items and enhancing guest experiences through attentive service Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Prior experience in serving, host/host roles, or related positions within the food industry is advantageous
