Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, and desserts to maximize sales opportunities Serve food and beverages professionally, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining proper presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and resolve any guest concerns promptly Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for guest comfort Demonstrate knowledge of wine pairings, spirits, and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction Assist with food preparation when needed and support team members during busy service periods Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service standards Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices in the food industry Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of liquor laws is preferred Ability to handle food handling procedures safely while maintaining high hygiene standards Strong communication skills to engage with guests confidently and professionally Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
