Job Description

Job Overview MT Plate Diner is a diner located in beautiful Arcadia right on scenic M-22. We serve Breakfast and Lunch 7 days a week from 7am to 2pm with extended hours Thursday - Saturday until 8pm. We are seeking experienced, friendly servers to join our team. The ideal candidates possess a friendly positive attitude. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Issue bills and accept payment Qualifications Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred. Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
