Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or credit card payments with professionalism Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is highly desirable Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling techniques Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing transactions and managing tabs Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to create memorable moments for every guest!
