Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards are met Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments with precision Qualifications Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and customer relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members Previous host/hostess or serving experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting; attention to detail is essential Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, and ready to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
