Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met in a quick service or fast food setting. Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces in compliance with food safety regulations. Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with attention to detail. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized workspace including food handling areas, dining spaces, and cashier stations. Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service throughout the dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or café environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is advantageous. Strong food handling knowledge, including sanitation and food safety management practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach.
