Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster customer loyalty Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items or supporting catering events like banquets or private parties Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role, preferably within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations Previous experience in retail math, brewing, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting Join us to bring your energy and expertise into an environment that values your skills!
