Part-Time Bartender/Server Lakeview Bar & Grill is under new ownership and looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Bartender/Server to join our growing team! If you enjoy providing great customer service in a fun, fast-paced atmosphere, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders accurately Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Deliver food and drinks promptly Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized bar, dining area, and workstations Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies as needed Follow all Minnesota alcohol service laws and food safety guidelines Work as a team to create a welcoming experience for every guest Qualifications Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred) Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds throughout a shift Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Competitive hourly wage plus tips Friendly, supportive work environment Free meal during every work shift No late nights!
