As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, putting on a genuine smile, taking orders, prepping food for our salad bar, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. while serving up rediculously tasty food in a fin and fresh way. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Responsibilities Greet and seat customers promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving alcohol responsibly. No experience needed. Handle cash register transactions, including cash handling and processing credit card payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns or special requests. Provide recommendations for menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bartending skills are a plus, particularly knowledge of brewing techniques or cocktail preparation.
