Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food preparation, busing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a sanitized environment Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary experience or food industry knowledge including food safety, sanitation, and food handling standards Beverage expertise including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, and drink service experience Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
