About the Role We're hiring 8 experienced banquet servers for a wedding reception in La Crescent, MN on August 15. Expected shift is approximately 8 hours, from setup through breakdown (1PM - 9PM). This is a one-day paid position with potential for ongoing catering work for the right people. What You'll Do Set up tables, linens, place settings, and service stations before guest arrival Run buffet lines, keeping stations stocked and clean Pour water, clear courses, and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously Assist with beverage service as assigned Break down the event space, bus tables, and pack out equipment at the end of the night What We're Looking For Prior banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred — but we will train reliable, hardworking people Professional appearance and a friendly, guest-first attitude Reliable transportation to La Crescent MN Black slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes Why Work With Us $25/hr — paid for setup and breakdown, not just service hours Staff meal provided Friendly, organized team with clear direction from an on-site lead Opportunity for additional catering events throughout the season To Apply Apply directly through Indeed with a brief note about your serving experience and confirmation that you're available on AUG 15.
