As a vital part of our team, you'll manage multiple responsibilities—from taking orders to processing transactions—while creating memorable moments that keep guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate beverage and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve drinks, cocktails, and food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and swiftly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, bar tending, or hospitality preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience a plus Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous Must be 18 years or older with legal authorization to serve alcohol in your jurisdiction Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
