Job Description

Sterling Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Server to join our growing team! Sterling Pointe Senior Living is located not far from Highway 169 in Princeton, right across from Fairview Northland Medical Center and Princeton High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 57-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available:
Part Time Week 1:(Monday, Thursday 8:00am-2:30pm, Friday 11:00am-2:00pm), Week 2:(Thursday 8:00am-2:30pm, Friday 11:00am-2:00pm) with every other weekend rotation(4pm-7pm).
Wage:

Our Culinary Assistants/Servers becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.
Duties include:
Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food. Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable. Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately. Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes. Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in a senior living setting is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
