Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong knowledge of beverage service, cocktail mixing, spirits, wine, and drink presentation Proven ability in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Effective time management to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Prior experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively atmosphere!
