Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met at all times. Manage customer orders with precision, processing cash transactions, credit card payments, and handling cash register operations smoothly. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to food safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices within the food industry. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing retail sales transactions. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Experience operating kitchen equipment and supporting food safety management protocols. Prior retail sales or grocery store experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
