Job Description
Gambino's Eatery is looking for an experienced, dependable server to join our team. We are a busy, independently owned restaurant in downtown Louisiana, Missouri. We are looking for someone who is friendly, efficient, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol Must have a flexible schedule and be available for a combination of daytime and evening shifts Friday and Saturday availability is required Approximately 10-35 hours per week (part-time and full-time available) Reliable transportation is required Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take accurate food and drink orders Serve beer and wine responsibly Enter orders correctly into the POS system Follow Gambino's Steps of Service Handle payments and cash accurately Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties Help maintain a clean and organized dining room Work cooperatively with the kitchen and other team members Assist wherever needed during busy shifts This is a hands-on position in a small restaurant where every team member is expected to contribute. We need someone who notices what needs to be done, stays productive during slower periods, and works well without constant supervision.
