Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and inviting environment. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address guest concerns promptly for optimal guest relations. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with knowledge of food service operations, including serving, food handling, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse guest needs professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in various hospitality environments. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill calculations. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation techniques is highly desirable.
