This role combines the excitement of operating a mobile beverage cart with delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring players stay refreshed and engaged throughout their game. Your enthusiasm, quick thinking, and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and efficient operation. Duties Safely operate the beverage cart along designated course routes, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and snacks to players. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Club Prophet to process payments, and handle cash register operations efficiently. Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue. Prepare simple food items and beverages as needed, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Maintain a clean workspace on the cart, including restocking supplies, cleaning surfaces, and managing waste disposal. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist with bussing tables or clearing carts as necessary to keep the course environment tidy and welcoming. Skills Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales transactions is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to ensure prompt delivery of beverages during busy periods. Ability to handle cash transactions confidently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math. Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities.
