Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and beverage service to support kitchen staff when needed Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws is a plus OpenTable or similar reservation system experience is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
