Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Busser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. You will also assist in bussing tables and supporting the culinary team during busy service periods. This position is essential to providing a seamless dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash regularly. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or banquets. Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining environment for incoming patrons. Support cooks and kitchen staff by preparing ingredients as needed and helping with food handling tasks. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Provide excellent service to customers refilling waters, drinks, and filling all requests Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices is beneficial. Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others as needed.
