Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details, wine pairings, spirits, and cocktail options Ensure food safety standards and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to uphold smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Demonstrated ability in beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high service standards Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently Culinary experience or food industry background preferred; familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices essential Nightclub or hospitality experience advantageous; ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Join us to be part of a lively team where your passion for hospitality shines! Pay:
