Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails and spirits, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and suggest wine pairings or specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling responsibilities with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Requirements Previous food service experience in a fast-paced environment; fine dining experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and alcohol safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking between serving, cashiering, and cleaning duties Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training; experience in sanitation and food handling preferred Hospitality mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
