Pizza Shop Counter Server About Us:

We're a busy local pizza restaurant serving delicious pizzas, sides, and more to our community. We're looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Server to join our team and help provide great service to our customers!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they enter or call the restaurant Take accurate orders in-person, over the phone, and for takeout/delivery Operate the cash register/POS system(toast) to process payments (cash, card, mobile) and provide correct change Ensure orders are complete and handed to customers promptly Answer customer questions about the menu and handle any inquiries politely Keep the front counter, dining area, and menus clean and stocked Assist with light cleaning tasks and restocking as needed Assist with Pizza, Sub, and Salad making as needed

Requirements:

Friendly and positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required (we'll train the right person!)
