Job Overview Charlie's of Bay Head is seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in the fast-paced environment of the food service industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests are serviced efficiently by maintaining a cleanly environment. You will work closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain a smooth operation, ensuring that all food is handled with care and presented beautifully. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in hospitality settings and have a passion for customer service. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Support catering events by setting up food stations and assisting guests as needed. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
