Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while managing sales transactions with POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and food handling protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Assist with opening or closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and inventory checks using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or beverage options Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment that emphasizes hospitality and guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine enthusiasm for the offerings Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation standards required for food handling roles Previous experience working with culinary teams or kitchen staff is advantageous Strong communication skills coupled with a positive attitude to foster teamwork and guest satisfaction Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality shines! Pay:
